14:00-14:30 – Ceremony
14:30-15:30 – Drinks, photographs, compliments, small-talk
16:00-18:00 – Food and speeches

Evening Guests arrive at 19:00

19:00-20:30 – Live Music
20:30 – DJs
22:00 – More food
01:30 – Last orders
02:00 – Please leave
